The Off-The-Street Club (OTSC), Chicago's oldest boys and girls club, is a club for children and young adults located on Chicago's west side. The Club, originally named "Juniors," was founded by John McMurray in 1898 as a safe place for unsupervised children to play. The Club was funded in its early years by the Chicago Advertising Club.
